■誰でも参加できる公開型イベントの場合；
・入場料が投げ銭制の場合
… レンタル料はかかりません。入場者全員ワンドリンク以上のご注文を頂きます。
・入場料の設定がある場合
… そこから30％頂きます。入場者全員ワンドリンク以上のご注文を頂きます。
※グッズを売る場合、売上から10％を頂きます。CDはご自由にお売りください。
■会員制・貸切型イベントの場合；
・時間貸し。レンタル料がかかります。詳しくはお問合せください。
・誕生会なども承っております。準備・撤去の1時間＋3時間。詳細はお問合せください。飲み放題はありません。
まず機材やご確認事項を良くお読みください。
イベントやワークショップ、色々な準備宣伝頑張ってご協力致しますが、メインは貴方です。
何も確認せず、宣伝もせず、当日ギリギリに来た挙句、お客これだけ？私のドリンクどこ？という大スター気分の人が時々います。
協力する態度が見られない人、当店スタッフを見下す様な態度の人はイベントキャンセル＋出禁になりますので、予めご了承ください。
Cafe Cheshmeh opens up as a flexible rental space; as a therapy space, a seminar room, an intimate live space, a private screening room, a cozy workshop space, etc.
Just tell us what you wish to do at Cheshmeh, and we will try our best to make it happen.
■For the public event;
・With "pass-the-hat" donation
... No rental fee. Minimum one drink order required for everyone coming to the event.
・With the set entrance charge
... We'll take 30-40% cut. Minimum one drink order required for everyone coming to the event.
■For the member-only, closed event;
・Please contact us for the rental fee by the hour.
・We take birthday parties too. Usually 3 hours with foods and drinks. Extra setup/take down hour. NO all you can drink/eat deal available.
Please check our equipment list and "please do read" part thoroughly.
We support your ideas, help your promotion and preparation for sure, but please remember; YOU are the main person to take action.
Some people act like a superstar - wouldn't check the details, too proud to promote, show up fashionably late and complain about everything. Please, please work with us, with the mutual respect, or we will have to cancel your event and kick you out.

【ご確認ください Please Do Read!!!】
✳︎アンプ類ありません。持ち込みも基本NGです。全てミキサーにつないで店側で音量を調整させていただきます。民族楽器のアコースティックライブが主です。ライブハウスではなく、住宅街の小さなカフェです。
✳︎ドラムセットやジャンベ、コンガ、トランペット、バグパイプなど大音量の楽器NG。
✳︎水、絵の具、その他ペイント、火、グリッターなど基本NG。どうしてもご希望の方はご相談ください。
✳︎食べ物・飲み物の持ち込み基本NGです。「出演者なので」は理由になりませんので、止めてください。どうしても持ち込む理由がある場合、先にご連絡・ご相談ください。アレルギーだオーガニックだと後で言い訳するのは見苦しい。
✳︎ステージは畳です。大切に扱ってください。
土足厳禁。引っ張ってきたカートをそのまま引きあげたり、カウンター側のイスを拭きもせず畳やカーペットに置いたりしたら、普通に怒られます。自分の家でやらない事は、店でもやるなという事です。
✳︎子供が裸足でカウンター側を走り回り、そのままお座敷に上がってきたら、怒られます。謝る事も出来ず「子供がいない人には分からない」等と非常識な言い訳をしたら、お帰り頂きます。
✳︎We don't have any amps. Don't bring in amps without asking. Every instrument should be connected to the mixer and the sound level should be set by the cafe side.
✳︎Cheshmeh mainly takes the acoustic/semi-acoustic live shows. Not suitable for the rock band, rave, brass band...you know, it's NOT A LIVE HOUSE but A TINY CAFE IN A RESIDENTIAL AREA!
✳︎No drumset, jambe, conga, trumpet, no loud instruments. Please talk to us if you're not sure.
✳︎No water, paint, fire, glitter...anything that might damage the room. Please ask beforehand.
✳︎DO NOT bring in food and drink!! We sell them, show some respect.
"You know, I'm a performer and I don't want to spend any money" - We expect the mutual support. We support your event, and you support our cafe. If you have allergies or special diet, let us know beforehand. We'll do our best to prepare something. If you find nothing you can eat at the cafe, we are sorry. but it can't be the reason to bring in your own food. Go outside and eat, in the spirit of courtesy.
✳︎Please use our tatami stage (Japanese style room) with much care!
Shoes are not allowed. Dirty cart dragged around the streets are not allowed. Do not bring up the floor chair to the tatami room without cleaning up the legs. Please talk to us first.
✳︎FOR PARENTS; This is not your house. Please make sure that your kids won't run around the floor and jump back to the tatami with the dirty feet. No "You'll understand if you have kids" kind of lame excuse - it's a matter of moral.
■座敷 Zashiki Room
講習会、ランチミーティング、音楽教室、誕生会などに最適。20名はお座り頂けます。
半分（8～10名）でご利用されたい場合もご相談ください。変形14畳。
Suitable for lunch meeting, seminar, music class, birthday party, etc.
20 people can sit comfortably. Half rental (8 to 10 ppl) is available.
■全部 The Whole Cheshmeh
試写会、ワイン試飲会、アコースティックライブ、ダンスイベント等にご利用いただけます。
35人超えると窮屈です。2種類のご利用システムからお選び頂けます。
Suitable for screening, wine tasting, acoustic live, dance show, etc.
35 people can fit in. 2 ways to make payment.
